Goods have a minimum two-year legal guarantee. National law may provide a longer period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may be agreed, but never less than one year.
If goods do not match their description or do not work as intended, contact the seller as soon as possible with proof of purchase. For a lack of conformity that existed at delivery, you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge. In certain cases, you may obtain a price reduction or reimbursement.
